We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service. Audio and video data are processed solely to enable real-time communication. Calls are not recorded by default. Any recording or storage of call content occurs only with clear user consent or where required by law. The mobile application does not use cookies. Limited tracking technologies may be used on the website strictly for essential functionality, security, and performance measurement.
Personal data is used for specific and legitimate purposes, including account creation and management, user authentication, secure access, enabling communication features, matching users with appropriate service providers, improving application performance, sending service- related notifications, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
